Bakwell's No. 1 Pudding Shop, Expands to a New Bakery
When The Bakwell Pudding shop needed to expand, it bought up a few problems for the business, especiall;y keeping in touch with the two business premisies.

Samsung Officeserv 7030
My first instinct was to recommend and install the very price effective NEW IP based Phone System, from Samsung. The 7030 has fantastic remote working, so both business premises stay in touch over ADSL Broadband (provide by us) and calls between the two are FOC. There is also full BLF (extension status awareness) from both ends.
Accounting
Another requirment was to be able to access their Sage account package from either property, and was easilly achived over a Private Network (VPN) allowing secure connections at both ends. This was available at no additional cahrge, as it is an 'out of the box@ feature of our Business Class ADSL Firewall / Routers.
Keeping and eYe on both ends of the business
Our CCTV systems are accesible from other locations over Broadband, which enables Nick (The MD) to keep an eye on his business, and allocate additional resources where necessary FAST.
